Chris Oster E-mail: chris@e-truss.net
There are few, if any, places in Spokane where Chris can stop his pickup, enjoy the view, and not see at least a few homes or buildings that he helped build. This Spokane native graduated from Central High and then embarked on a lifelong career in the construction business. He's seen it all, done it all, and has ridden Spokane's crazy economic roller coaster for many loops.
Chris does primarily residential truss systems, including a high percentage of the most complex systems in the area. He does work for a customer base that is as fiercely loyal to him as he is to them. We are proud to add that Chris is a plank owner, having been with Evergreen since its inception.

Bob Reaske E-mail: bob@e-truss.net
A Connecticut Yankee who heard the call of the wild at an early age, Bob spent long enough building homes in Southeast Alaska to get really, really tired of rainfall measured in feet, so he packed up his tools and headed for sunnier climates, which turned out to be Spokane. Shortly after migrating to Spokane, he got involved with the brand-new manufactured building components industry, which soon led him to an outside sales position with Evergreen Truss & Supply. Bob is another of our plank owners, and after decades in the business, he is a consummate expert at what he does. It is no wonder he maintains a customer base that includes some of the finest builders in the region.

Randy Atwood E-mail: randy@e-truss.net
Randy brought decades of experience in the build-supply industry with him to Evergreen some years ago. Since coming aboard, he has anchored our inside material and cabinet sales. Simultaneously, he has received intensive education in truss design and fabrication, enough so that he has become fully capable in truss sales, as well as everything else Evergreen sells. Since his well-earned promotion to outside sales, Randy has set about extending his influence with numerous customers up and down the Okanogan's, the Basin, Northeast Washington, and of course, locally. Doing business with Randy is a bit like putting on your slippers at home. He's experienced, comfortable, and reliable.

Dan Murphy E-mail: dan@e-truss.net
Dan is an example of the kind of employee every business covets. He started with Evergreen at the tender age of 16 as a part-time clean-up kid. At 18, he was finally able to become a regular employee and wasted no time learning every production job this company has. He learned those jobs well enough to become our Production Leadman. After 11 years, Dan decided he wanted to move into sales, and this he has done with the same eagerness and intensity he's used to climb every other rung on the ladder.

Russell Santonocito E-mail: russell@e-truss.net
Like so many youngsters fresh out of high school, Russ didn't really have a clue what he wanted for a career. Born and raised in Deer Park, he new he wanted to stay in the area, but how to do so while and making a living posed a problem. Russ tried a number of jobs, which he performed well enough thanks in large part to the work ethic instilled in him by his parents, but which didn't appeal to him as something to do for the long term. When he applied at Evergreen, little did he know that nearly a decade later he would still be employed, that he'd be married, and have a growing family, nor that he would have progressed from laborer through numerous steps to inside sales and purchasing. Russell's expertise is first rate in all areas, but he is especially adept at selling cabinets, countertops, and related materials.

Allen Dean Morse E-mail: dean@e-truss.net
Evergreen has an amazing number of employees who have progressed from entry level to all sorts of highly responsible positions with the company, a fact that makes us proud as peacocks and also provides us an unrivaled competitive edge in the market place. You have already met some of those employees. Yet another is our General Manager, Allen Dean Morse.
About 20 years ago when this tall, skinny kid from Missouri came looking for a job, no one, least of all Dean himself, would have imagined him eventually becoming MV General Manager. In his twenty years, he has seen it all and done it all, so well in fact that now he steers the good ship Evergreen rather than pulling on an oar.

Randy Our very own rock star, Randy plays his guitar in the evening, but makes beautiful music with a component saw by day.
