Hi Alan :) Sorry for the issues you’re experiencing. Let’s get to the bottom of this – I’ve emailed you. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Alan. That’s strange because it seems to be working just fine from my end. The server is definitely available right now — there is either something wrong with your setup or your browser. Please ensure you have added a support (as it doesn’t look like there is one as well as a section). Although it should mention the error if it was that simple. It might also interest you to know that we have a free beam calculator: http://bendingmomentdiagram.com/free-calculator/

Hi Christy. The free calculator can only do 2 members at this stage. I showed a frame scenario which has 2 members as it may help others to see that it can handle a range of scenarios. Sorry if it cannot handle your particular analysis but this is why we have SkyCiv Frame. More members puts more stress on the server and paid members get priority for this. Try out the demo account as there are some pre-loaded files in there so you can see how it works.

This unhelpful reply made me not want to give you my money, I will now not buy this product.

Two members is sufficient for many problems. Maybe you should have a look at SkyCiv Frame as it can do 10 members! It comes with the SkyCiv Student account along with SkyCiv Truss and SkyCiv Beam.

At least make it as 3 member in free calculator.it would be very helpful for students.

Hi there. Many frames have two members like this one.
